Sprint 001. Sixteen seats. The first names ever entered in the record. Nobody after this gets to be first.

What the winner takes.
The top line of the first box score in league history, and the first entry in the individual defense record (§ 4.5), the credential this league exists to build. Open events award no titles (§ 3.5); titles are earned at sanctioned events. Being first in the record is the thing no one else will ever have.

Judge it instead
FRC mentors, teachers, engineers: a Sprint needs people who can smell an unverified claim. The rubric is handed to you; the time ask is one Saturday afternoon, the event itself.
- [✓]Supervising adults are published before the event, by rule. Open events must publish their supervising adults in the event program (§ 6.3). The program posts here with the judges list. No published adults, no event.
- [✓]Conduct rules apply and are public. Adversarial rounds attack the work, never the person; judges stop personal attack immediately (§ 5.1).
- [✓]Data: registration collects an email address. The optional profile asks name, school, and grade. Nothing else is collected, nothing is sold, and this site sets no cookies and runs no trackers.
- [✓]No vendor contact. AI-tool vendors cannot sponsor, name, or influence the event (§ 6.1), so competitors will never be marketed to through it.
